Here are some fine recipes, either newly created, never published, family hand-me-downs, found, modified, or obscure recipes I have tried and absolutely loved. Some are simple, some are for the more adventurous among us, and some just exhibit different methods. This is not a cookbook (although someday it could become one) but a reason to try something different.
